Corporate Events

We can accommodate a wide variety of corporate events.

Each of the meeting suites at the Ipswich Hotel bears something different and caters for an array of meeting and conference requirements.  There are 8 meeting rooms within the main hotel, which all offer something different.


The Suffolk Suite is the ‘One Stop Shop’ and has all the expected facilities for a Conference and Banqueting Centre including its own bar, staging, lighting system, air conditioning, separate entrance, cloakroom, high-speed internet access and high ceilings giving a spacious and airy feeling. It can cater for up to 500 guests and has smaller syndicate rooms if needed.

The Wolsey Suite is an ‘au courant’ dining/meeting space and has top to toe windows with views overlooking the well-groomed lawns. It is a particularly favoured room for weddings and banquets.

The Hotel has a host of equipment available for hire for all your conference needs including state of the art LCD Projectors, Wipe Boards, Screens, Printing and Copying facilities and PA systems.
